With over 15 years of executive experience across the public and nonprofit sectors, I specialize in helping entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, and seasoned executives navigate complex challenges and step into their full potential.
My path to becoming an expert in leadership development was shaped by real-world obstacles. Even while spearheading groundbreaking community projects and driving policy change alongside top government officials, I battled imposter syndrome. I deeply understand the weight of doubting your own seat at the table, and I have mastered the evidence-based psychological and sociological tools needed to claim it with authority.
